About Tracey

Tracey Larsen is an experienced Realtor®, residing in Lorraine Lakes subdivision of Lakewood Ranch, FL. Tracey has been a licensed Realtor for over 12 years, and has sold over $100M in properties in both Florida and Illinois throughout her tenure. She currently works at the Coldwell Banker Realty office in Lakewood Ranch, and has received numerous accolades for her consistent performance, utmost integrity, and continued success in the field.

Tracey grew up in the west suburbs of Chicago, is married, and has raised three wonderful children. Through her life experiences and the hundreds of clients she’s served, she is uniquely equipped to represent both sellers and buyers in the Lakewood Ranch area. Whether it be for relocations, first-time home buyers, upsizing or downsizing, Tracey will approach each client with courtesy, respect, diligence, and honesty. She prides herself in providing a personal touch to what many find to be one of the biggest transactions of their lives. Outside of Real Estate, Tracey enjoys the beach, boating, pickleball, and spending time with her family.
